What to do...

1 Drink lots of water, try to drink about 8-10 glasses of water daily 

2 Do NOT lick lips, it won't help for dry lips!

3 Exfoliate your lips once or twice a week in order to remove the dead skin that can build up on chapped lips. 

4 Applying lip balms often and watching out ingredients in your lip balms, do choose lip balms that contain jojoba oil, beeswax, cocoa butter...

5 Avoid using lipsticks on dry lips, especially the long-lasting formula and it might be the reason for your dry lips

Alternatively choosing tinted lip balms, giving you a hint of colour and nourishing your lips.

6 For a quick fix, applying a small amount of honey which soothes chapped lips

7 Do have a balanced diet... eat more fruits and vegetables

8 Setting up a humidifier indoor, it will be good both for your skin and lips during the winter season.

9 Deep conditioning treatment for chapped lips, apply a thick layer of lip balm #7 Balmy Night, leave on over night
